Who you are buying from

Giant Bracelet Displays is a brand of Infinite Soldier, 10444 White Pinto Court, Lake Worth, FL 33449. Contact:[email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Giant Bracelet Displays; "you" means the person or business placing the order.

Orders

Submitting an order request is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a finish is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or the address given sits outside where we ship — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax we are required to collect. Retail prices include free shipping within the continental United States. We may change prices at any time, but never after confirming your order. Trade and volume pricing is quoted per order and is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free within the continental United States. Each display ships flat-packed, one per carton, from Lake Worth, Florida. In-stock finishes are dispatched within two business days; finishes marked as the next production run ship the week that run lands. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — once a carrier has the carton, their timing is outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Damage, faults and replacements

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, send us a photograph within7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected part — or the whole display — at our cost. You do not pay return freight and you do not need to ship the original back unless we ask. Assembly and use

The display arrives flat-packed and is assembled by you, using the fittings supplied and a household screwdriver. It is a merchandising fixture for bracelets, bangles and similar light jewelry. Do not exceed its intended use — it is not a step, a ladder, or a support for people or heavy goods, and it is not designed to be wall-mounted or climbed. Keep it on a level surface. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, modification, or use outside what it is built for.

Custom and made-to-order builds

Custom builds — different tier counts, no drawer, your artwork etched into the panels — are made to your approved specification and are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production starts. We will confirm the specification in writing and, where relevant, provide artwork proofs for your approval before anything is cut.

Intellectual property

The design of the display, our photography, video, copy and the Infinite Soldier mark are ours. Buying a display does not transfer any of it. You are welcome to photograph your own display and use those photographs freely, including commercially.

Limits

Nothing here excludes liability we are not permitted to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost sales or lost profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when we confirmed it.
