The short version: we collect what we need to answer you and ship your order, we do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you contact us or place an order request: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us — phone, ship-to ZIP, business name, and the details of what you need. We keep the message itself so we can answer it properly.
When you apply for a trade account: the same, plus business name, quantity and business type.
Automatically: our host records standard server logs — IP address, approximate location, browser, and which pages were requested — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies, and there is no cross-site tracking pixel on this site.
In your own browser: a couple of our tools (the capacity calculator and the gallery) remember settings locally on your device. That never reaches us.
What we do with it
Answer your question, quote and fulfil your order, arrange shipping, and keep the records a business is required to keep. If you ask about wholesale, we may follow up about it. We do not add you to a marketing list from an order alone.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not share it with anyone except the handful of providers below who need it to do their job for us.
Who else touches it
Our website host and its network provider; our email provider; the carrier that delivers your order; and, once card checkout is live, our payment processor. Card details are entered directly with the payment processor and never reach our servers — we never see or store a card number.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to two years. Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally seven years. Server logs: a short rolling window.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we will action it. We may need to keep order records we are legally required to retain. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights (for example California or the EU/UK), those rights apply and the same address reaches us.
Children
This is a business-to-business and consumer fixture site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries reach our email; order and payment handling runs through our payment processor's own secure systems. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes will be called out on this page.
